Treasurer’s report
Operations Committee Report: Memberships and funding	Board voted to implement membership dues. Operations will work on implementation plan for 2007.
Annual Meeting Report	Evaluations shared – meeting was very well received by most in attendance. Jane will send annual meeting report to the group A proposal was made to have the annual meeting very 18 months (Spring 2007) with local coalitions meeting on off years.
Growth Management Subcommittee Report	Upcoming training March 9 (Spokane), March 10 (Seattle) and March 30 (Mt. Vernon). For March 10^th meeting, Ian Lockwood is keynote. Audience to be city and county planners, public works, public health, and economic development folks. Agenda and information will be sent out in early February
Nomination Committee Report	No one accepted nomination for VP Amy Shumann, term ending 2009. Will continue as Secretary Eileen Finnigan to replace Linda Schwartz as Treasurer, term ending 2007 Gwen Moni, term ending 2008 (replacing Steve Daley) Lynn Zimmerman, term ending 2009 Liz McNett Crowl, term ending 2009, will continue as past-president David Levinger, term ending 2007 Heleen Dewey, term ending 2007 Jane Moore and Bob Weathers, term ending 2008
WCPPA Partnerships	WCPPA will be fiscal agent for 2 projects: Pierce County and Action for Healthy Kids. WCPPA will not oversee project
Active Living Leadership	Janet, James and Jane will start work on conference to be held before the end of June. The Centre at Norpoint, a MetroParks Tacoma facility may be available.
