Introductions and Round Table	Members provided updates. The group welcomed new members Dori Babcock (Weyerhaeuser) and Buzz Truitt (Nautilus)
ED Report	Jane asked Board to vote on whether the Coalition wanted to join the Active Living Network. Board voted “yes” There was discussion about whether or not the Coalition would like to be recipients of funds raised through a “celebrity” poker tournament. The Board wanted more information about the event and the sponsor before voting. Jane agreed to contact the sponsor (David Kuiper) for additional information about the event.
Minutes – March meeting	approved
Treasurer’s Report	Eileen reported on funds available in the account and that Jane is not up to date getting paid. Board was asked by Jane to vote on a pay raise to $3300 a month. It was decided that this was a contract issue best decided by both the Board and the Operations Committee in a separate meeting. The Board voted “yes” to pay Jane $2000 per month ASAP.	Operations Committee and Board will meet to discuss a proposal to increase Jane’s pay
